We contacted Washington Restorer when we discovered a water leak in our kitchen. We didn’t know what was causing it. Jon was able to get someone over to our house the next day. They were able to locate the source of the leak and started the drying out process immediately. Ali and Ally came out everyday to check on the dry out process. We appreciated the courtesy call whenever they were on their way to make sure someone was home. We also loved their sense of humor — definitely took our minds off this whole unfortunate situation. Washington Restorer also worked with our insurance so that we did not incur any out of pocket costs.
