Sewage Cleanup

We had a pipe burst from freezing temperatures and it flooded our finished basement. We spoke with two of Washington Restorer’s competitors before landing on them; both of the other companies had poor customer service and quoted response times of 5-7 days out. This company was helpful from the start and able to connect me with the right people for all our questions. They were very detailed in explaining what next steps were and had technicians out to our house within a couple hours. I was super pleased with the overall customer experience.

I had a plumbing leak and WA Restore came in assess the damage, open up the problem areas, and dry out the area that was impacted. As a homeowner this was the first issue like this I've had to deal with. WA Restore was amazing. Mercedes was great to work with to get things set up and answer any questions I had. WA Restore worked directly with my insurance once we determined how extensive the water damage was. Each technician (Julia, Johnathon, Chasity, and Aly) that came in was so friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took their time explaining exactly what they were doing each and every time they came by. The ceiling in my kitchen area had to be removed and my master bathroom had to pretty much be gutted (tub and toilet removed, tile surrounding tub removed, flooring tile removed) and they did so with as little disruption to our house as possible. They put up barriers to contain any mess and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They dealt with the mold that was found and dried out all the problem areas. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone!

Ali, Mitchel, and one other fellow helped identify and clean up water damage in our newly purchased home. They were able to address the issue that another high profile plumbing company was not. They were helpful, efficient, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the assistance they were able to lend at an affordable cost.

Mitchell and John are very easy to work with and turned a disaster into a positive experience. They always called before the arrival, they were prompt and courteous. They did a thorough and honest assessment of all the damage caused by a category 3 , toilet back up. Their quick attention to the situation prevented further damage. I highly recommend this company for mitigation and claims on property damage caused by water.

Highly recommend!!! I can not say enough GREAT things about this company. We had hired them for a crawlspace clean up and to lay vapor barrier. They not only were professional, fast, friendly and fair priced but they went above and beyond. They were so understanding and friendly as we worked to reschedule a few times due to complications. I highly recommend and thank their team. My experience from calling to schedule with their office manager Mercedes to Mitchell and his partner Julia doing an incredibly efficient job, was EXCELLENT. We contacted Washington Restorer when we discovered a water leak in our kitchen. We didn’t know what was causing it. Jon was able to get someone over to our house the next day. They were able to locate the source of the leak and started the drying out process immediately. Ali and Ally came out everyday to check on the dry out process. We appreciated the courtesy call whenever they were on their way to make sure someone was home. We also loved their sense of humor — definitely took our minds off this whole unfortunate situation. Washington Restorer also worked with our insurance so that we did not incur any out of pocket costs.

I would like to thank Julia for the work she did on my house. We had water damage to my entryway and part of my bathroom. Due to a broken pipe under my house. Julia was very professional and informative. She explained everything to me in detail. She was very kind and courteous and she always took the time to answer every question I had. She made a stressful time for us more easy since this happened right around Thanksgiving. I would recommend this company and Julia to my family and friends. And if I ever need Washington restorer again I'm going to request Julia. And as for her manager John he was a very nice man to work with also. So thank you again Washington Restorer.

Julia did a great job in accessing the problem and with Tony they open all the areas that had water damage up. They access the situation daily and where very professional the whole time. This was my first water leak like this before and the process has been stressful. Julia and the team have been professional the whole time.

Ali and Chasitsy came out from a plummer recommendations the same day. Were extremely friendly and helpful with my impaired grandmother. Had to return multiple times to complete the job. Always came with a smile and were every efficient at the job.

Aly and Tony did a great job. Really personable and answered all of my questions. I’ve always used another company before but not any more. I have Washington restorer on speed dial. Thank you again for the prompt service. In general, On another note the person who answers the phone sometimes is not very helpful or understanding. Mercedes answered and heard my frustration. Got Aly and Tony out right away. I’ll be sure to refer to anyone I know that may need your services.

Mitchell and Johnathon did great work for us, drying floors and removing damaged insulation in our crawl space. They were friendly and incredibly helpful through this stressful experience. This company was prompt and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

We had a flood in our upstairs bathroom and Washington Restorer was quickly to come help solve the issue, I couldn’t have asked for a better team inside my home! The staff was very patient and helpful and I enjoyed their enthusiasm to help me.
